The app is cool for laying down sketches and it's not too difficult to import those ideas to maschine. My problems lies with the app not making any sounds once I switch to another app. None of my other music apps have this problem were it not for this annoying issue I'd have rated it 5 stars. Developer please fix.

I’ve been in the hip-hop game for a long time to say this and I made a lot of music on hardware and software this is the #1 of the best apps on the App Store hands-down and I’m very thankful to have this software on my phone while being on the go or away from the big DAW I can’t thank you enough and hope to see this app in the store for a lifetime. Us artists and producers beat makers appreciate this software deeply thank you again.
  • iMaschine 2 Needs A Update

Sound does not come on when first accessed. You have to push the side button twice, of the iPhone. Old library from original iMaschine sometimes has a issue loading up. Today I almost lost all my songs because of it. I had to go to factory settings, then chose a backup from a earlier week. Thank God I got everything back. Please provide a new update for the newest 13 iOS. Would really much appreciate it. Also more tracks wouldn’t hurt. Four tracks is not enough.

App doesn’t work. Can’t load sounds. No existing kits. What’s going on?
  • When are y’all gonna add new features?

It’s been quite a few years, and after taking another year+ to update it when it was completely broken, I think I can speak for everyone when I say we’re waiting for some new features. Numbers on all sliders so it isn’t a guessing game when pitching up/down or setting volume for multiple samples is just one example of something that was super simple to implement. We’re on quarantine, and I’m positive that the programmers/designers who made this probably made it from home.
  • Great sound libraries!

Typical Native Instrument experience. Great idea, poor execution. The UI is Awful, I’d you had Maschine expansions before on the regular app, they don’t show up in the store as paid. In fact, there’s no portal to your NI expansions at all. The app is just about useless except for playing a kit on your phone to waste time. A very bad experience all around. Shame on Native Instruments for deploying such a crap app.

This is a go to of mine since I am a machine enthusiast. I have noticed that I can't long press the pads anymore. Can you bring that back?

So not worth the money. The limitations are absurd. The sounds packs I already own the same on Native Access why would buy a watered down expansion pack. Use iMPC 2 pro you can import you sound and have near hardware capabilities for half the price. The pads are too small instruments are a joke, keyboard layout horrible. Save you money.
