Description

Over 100 million people have signed up for Bumble to start building valuable relationships, finding friends, and making empowered connections. Creating new connections has never been easier. Bumble is working to lift the stigma of online dating by employing unprecedented standards for respectful behavior. Because of this relentless dedication, millions of people are using Bumble to build valuable relationships every single day. DATE, MEET FRIENDS, NETWORK Bumble is at the forefront of matchmaking technology by providing an app that allows users to foster more than just romantic connections. The industry-leading app empowers users to swipe through potential connections across three different modes: Bumble Date: On Bumble Date, women make the first move. We’ve changed the archaic rules of the dating game so that you can form meaningful relationships in a respectful way. Bumble BFF: Life is better with friends. Whether you’re new to a city or looking to expand your circle, Bumble BFF is the easiest way to make new friends. Bumble Bizz: Now we’re in business. Use Bumble Bizz to network, find mentors, and create new career opportunities. Bumble is the first app of its kind to bring dating, friend-finding, and career-building into a single social networking platform. CHANGING THE RULES OF THE GAME At Bumble, women make the first move. In heterosexual matches, the woman has 24 hours to make the first move and the man has 24 hours to respond. In same-sex matches, either person has 24 hours to make the first move, while the other individual has 24 hours to respond, or else, the connection expires. By prompting our users to be bold and make the first move we’ve seen over 3 billion messages sent to date. THE BUZZ IS REAL “Bumble exists to empower women...” (Fast Company) “Bumble is just an app: but it’s changing the discussion.” (Wired) “Bumble offers an alternative that prioritises meaningful connections, with women calling the shots:” (UK Sunday Times) “Bumble rejects hate speech to make users feel safe on its dating app” (Texas Standard) “What makes Bumble different from other dating apps...is its focus on giving women all the power. ” (Business Insider) --- Bumble is free to download and use, and that will never change for our main features. However, if you’re looking to get the most from Bumble, you can subscribe to our optional subscription product Bumble Boost. We offer weekly, monthly, 3 month and 6 month subscriptions giving discounts to the weekly price. The prices may vary per country and are subject to change without notice. I’ve sent several emails. I’ve followed instructions and screenshot my receipts and sent them back to your customer service reps. No one has fixed my subscription. I can’t use it although I’ve paid for it. No one ever responds aren't I reply to the initial emails. I’ve paid and haven’t received my service therefore you have stolen money from me. Do not reply to this comment with another email address for me to once again send my receipt and then get no response. Fix the problem or give me a refund. This is honestly ridiculous. Such an easy problem to fix and you guys are completely ignoring me.

I recently paid for a week of bumble boost and it continues to tell me to upgrade to bumble boost even though I already did. That was almost 3 days ago. Avoid at all cost or pay at your own risk. I’m just glad I didn’t pay for a month or more worth of bumble boost so that they don’t end up stealing a lot of my money instead they only stole 11.
  • A little shady

Like this app and have had some good dates and even met someone I dated for awhile. However, I deleted account (or so I thought) about 8 months ago. Went to create a new account and all my old stuff was there. I use paid features and now it keeps showing me “people who liked me earlier”. Considering that could be any time over the past 8 months, that’s not helpful. Plus, who knows if they’re actually active profiles, or people who think they’ve deleted their accounts, like me? Every time I delete them (not because I don’t like them but because I’m looking to see people who like me now, for obvious reasons), more “people who liked me earlier” pop up in beeline. It would appear as though bumble keeps inactive profiles “active”. And to be clear, I deleted account inside of app - did not just delete app from my phone. This wasn’t user error. Still using bumble because of its broad user base in my area, but not happy with the above described shady practices.

It’s a lot of bots on there. In this time of technology a bot shouldn’t be able to make it into the system. And the FREE trial is NOT FREE!! My card was charged the next day. Tighten up Bumble

I am a part-time model/full-time Sales executive who decided to download Bumble for finding a relationship. Unfortunately I went on a super strange date with a man I matched with; after the date I unmatched with him since we weren’t a good fit (mainly due to him telling me he wanted to be friends with benefits on the first night). The next day I get an error message from Bumble saying I’ve been “blocked” from their app for breaking community guidelines. And that I’m blocked because I have my “Instagram username in my bio” along with thousands of other Bumble users? I emailed customer support explaining what happened since it was obviously a fake report submitted by the man I unmatched with the day prior. Customer support emails back saying “they have records of me violating guidelines by promoting my social media.” I emailed back requesting a copy of their “records,” and conveniently, they can’t send any of these records. This is because there’s zero proof of me violating any type of community guideline. Very disappointed in this company since it’s marketed as a feminist dating app. You would think maybe they’d look into a women disputing a false report or actually investigate the situation to see if the man is lying? That being said, if you’re a true feminist DO NOT EVER use this app based off my terrible experience.
  • Kicking me off

I am 18 years old. This app keeps kicking me out saying I’m under 18, I did really like how it was before it kicked me off. I’d like to be able to have my account back and I can change my rating!
  • First day on Bumble and I have a disturbing question

Today is my first day on Bumble. So I have some questions but the biggest one right now is, why isn’t a woman informed when a man has swiped on her? I would like to know that my interest efforts are at least received on some level and I can’t imagine why a woman wouldn’t be just as interested. Am I the only one that feels this way?
  • Verify your identity

Used Facebook to open the account. Made numerous attempts to photograph myself using Bumble app to verify account. Every time I attempt, they say they can’t verify my identity. It’s because Bumble is only a computer. Wake up the world is not run by computers.
