    I Wasn’t Happy bout you needed to go to a raid to do so Thanks for Putting in Remote raids! But now I have another problem.....1 Word.....Pokecoins. I Put a Pokémon in a lot of gyms but A lot come back the day I get on Pokémon and there’s a 50 coin limit and I’m Annoyed By that Literally I could have so many coins But I Don’t Cause the limit! please Fix this and get rid of the Limit It’s Really stupid and annoying! 😫🥺

    I love the game and all but every time I play the game glitches and I have to delete and reinstall the app and it still won’t work.

    Currently customer service does not provide adequate support. During and shortly after go-fest, I was invited to multiple mobile raids but got flat kicked out after all my Pokémon fainted. I couldn’t get back in. If the timer hadn’t expired and I was able to get back in, it burned a second pass. This glitch cost me at least 6 mobile raid passes which I had purchased with money (not coins from raiding.) I bought more because I wanted to have fun with my friends and not let it ruin my time. Later when I contacted customer service I got reimbursed for 1 pass. One. That’s it. They blamed it on a “visual glitch” saying the pass was still there, but it wasn’t. My inventory never got reset, the passes just disappeared. Even after closing and logging out. They know the system is buggy and people are getting gypped out of things they purchased but don’t seem to care. Everyone I play with experienced the same issues and only half of us have received any sort of refund. Also: (yea I know it’s petty) character customization. There’s lacking color variants for even the basic items, you can’t choose between long or short hair. Every male/female looks the same but with a different skin tone. We’re 4 years into this game and you can have blue, yellow, green, white, purple or 3 different shades of brown hair ... but no RED. (Give me my stupid red hair!!!)

    Timing out in battles while I have full service on my phone and full WiFi service, raids randomly kicking me out or not allowing me to attack, random network failure messages at the top of the screen and the network is in no way failing. I would suggest fixing the current bugs before implementing new features. Seems like that would be common sense. Any beginner software engineer knows you don’t stack new buggy features up one after another without first fixing major bugs. I’m giving 2 stars because I do love this game and have fun with friends but more often than not we are dealing with buggy software and not having fun.

    I’m always online on the app, but under my friends list it’s like that part is stuck and I can’t toggle off or online. And I can’t be invited to raids because it always show I’m offline. I love the app though.

    This is an amazing by app, I really love it, but there’s something I’m confused about, making friends. At he top of your profile, you swipe left and it opens friends, but I don’t have that feature, can someone one tell me what to do? I really want to make friends!

  • Bugs and poor support

    I don’t even know where to begin but long story short, there is a bug in this app that freezes my phone. Every time I try to redeem a daily free box I get a spinning pokeball and then my phone freezes. It started with the daily 1 pokecoin deal boxes in May and the problem has now grown to affect the daily free boxes. As a result, I can not make ANY type of purchase from the shop. I have contacted support almost 9 times and because you have to first troubleshoot with a bot, I have to explain the issue every single time I get through support to an actual person. From there they bounce around support so that on the same report you talk to about 7 or 8 different people and are forced to explain yourself all over each time. Then each time you are lucky enough to get through to someone each person tells you the exact same thing and I always get sent the troubleshooting link. I always end up explaining that I have done everything the guide has recommended. I explain that I have done every possible troubleshoot I can think of: soft reset, hard reset, switch iTunes accounts, link a different debit/credit card, go someplace with better service, use only WiFi when connecting to the app, start a new game with a different log in, etc etc. I cannot believe the lack of support coming from the Go team. If someone can’t help you they “escalate” your issue and all is does is send you to a new person. There is no “escalation” that happens. Eventually, someone decides they don’t want to help at all and close the ticket and I have to start all over again... or I get told the issue has been “escalated” and I will be contacted at a later date. The only thing that this does is force me to wait in silence for about a week and then log in to see that the report has been closed. I absolutely loved playing this game and I would love to continue but be warned that if you download and play this game and encounter even the most obscure bug it will never get fixed and you will be disappointed. The app is continuously updated to incentivize and encourage user engagement but never updated with bug fixes. With the most basic functions affected by a bug/bugs there is no way to enjoy playing this game and I feel as if I’ll soon be forced to delete ):

    This game crashes every time I use it, it’s the only consistent feature the app offers. When it crashes during a raid, I can’t rejoin to have a chance at catching a rare Pokémon. Rare shadow Pokémon break out of every ball regardless of the buffs you add, regardless of how little you encounter them. The bugs ruin the experience, and the algorithms are designed to disadvantaged the player. This could be a great game, but Niantic can’t put in the minimum effort to provide a game worth playing. Sell the rights to a company who can deliver a viable product.
  • Add more pokestops and gyms to other areas

    Over all and very good game but Pokémon go should add more pokestops and Gyms in suburbs so everyone can have a good time.
